What's the best tasting beetroot

Hi there everyone we have a small area to grow some
Beetroot , here's the problem I like them roasted and my wife
Loves them for salads and roasted , what would be best
To veriaty to grow
keep allotments alive grow your own

i grow russian beetroot   very good/////i grow a lot of russian seed   an there all good

Not tried the Russian beetroot. Sounds good  :tongue2:

I grow Boltardy, Detroit and Cylindra in the dark red varieties and Golden Globe as a yellow variety. All are delicious either roasted, pickled or grated into salads. The yellow beets are even sweeter than the reds.

I like chioggia but grow several varieties i'm trying a white one this year.

I have grown boltardy many times, it's tasty and reliable. Trying a mixed seed pack in addition this year, golden globe, chiogga etc.
