sausage recipes

Hi , has anyone out there had any sausage making experience, I have just bought a book by Paul peacock, but it hasn't come yet, I wondered if anyone on the forums had any good recipes?

Cheers I have found them, but it's geting late I will look forward to reading them tomorrow, we have two pigs going to the butchers on wednesday
