"Free" Labels

"Free" Labels

In Tesco cafe they provide small wooden sticks instead of teaspoons, like lolly sticks but not as broad. I found them good for labeling seed trays and the like, small enough not to look unsightly on the window sill, but big enough to write on.

And they are great if you have a very thin indelible pen.

what a great idea... and I guess the "free" forks they have at the local chippy will also work a treat.. hmmmm plan of action to go round all the local chippys :)

On the same lines if you go to certain "poncy" coffee shops they have long thin wooden stirrers that are great for makeshift "dibers" or bonfire kindling....

 :twisted:  :roll: Yeah!When will it end. My wife and I were in Mc.Ds today having a delicious Mc Flurry icecream. I was telling her about the teaspoons and suddenly she picked up my ice cream spoon and said "What about this? and it has a hollow stem in which you can place a roll of paper with all the details, hidden from the rain"
