Broccoli-like heads on rhubarb

Hi
I have a numbe rof rhubarbs which have formed small broccoli-like heads. I'm guessing they are going to seed.
Any advice?

Cut out the flower shoot , or pull out like a stem if you can and the plant will be fine.

They tend to come if the rhubarb has not been moved for a while.

Try digging some up after the leaves and stems have died down in winter and moving good bits of root to another spot.

Then don't pull any for a year or two until it has good roots or you will pull it out of the ground.
