How do i know when my Arron pilot potatoes are ready do flower, produce a fruit, or do i just wait for them to just start dying of

If you wait for them to start dying off, then you'll have missed the "new" spuds. They may not produce flowers, so the best way is to have a furtle to see what's there. I suspect it's a bit early though, especially with the weather we've had.
