Time to clean the jam jars and take advantage of all the in-season citrus with their lovely thin peels and Seville bitterness!

Haven't made marmalade for a couple of years as we don't eat much.BUT having been thoroughly disappointed by some I bought I'm getting the preserving pan out.

Difficult to get to the only s/market locally that has them in, atm, so guess it will be a Mamade tin if I decide to make any at all..

You will have better luck at your local Fruiterer, especially if you ask for a few kilos plus the lemons to go with it. They will usually be prepared to buy in if you are taking a couple of kilos.
