INGREDIENTS
4 Medium Mackerel
2-3 Tablespoons of Sultannas
2 Cooking Apples
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
Sea Salt and freshly ground Pepper to taste.
YOU DO
Remove the heads and bone the mackerel . Peel and grate the apples and then mix with the sultannas , season and then add the lemon juice to the mix.
Stuff the mixture into the mackerel.
Place in an oven proof dish and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes and then enjoy. :-)
