ive now had my hens nearly 4 weeks they all seem to eating and drinking well but toady have noticed two of them are losing feathers around their necks at a alarming rate , they are warrens and 24 weeks old surely two young for a moult any help would be appreciated

Have you checked for any beasties? Some lice target the neck.
Have you got other hens and do you know for sure that they are only 24 weeks old?
My lot seem to moult when the fancy takes them, if you have ruled out creepies and crawlies and feather-pecking by any other hens I shouldn't worry about them too much
