Roast chicken dinner with plot spuds plus plot beans from the freezer.  Also tenderstem broccoli and spoon standing.

We have been cutting hedges at the front of the house and clearing a site at the back as we have a posh new walk in chicken run for his lordship Eddie, so we were ready for food and lots of it  :D

Put 750g of mince in the slow cooker with the usual veg and stock cubes, will have a portion with mash and peas later. The rest will be frozen in portions :)

Leftover cottage pie and the last bits of several bags of frozen veggies, I should have done the chilli instead though.

Ive had one of those "should have stayed in bed type of days and getting something out of the freezer for dinner has been missed leaving me in a bit of a pickle tonight.   Might end up with pasta in a tomato based sauce.
