i just made some this weekend so i can advise!!

Heat up some raspberries until they are nice and mushy! Then add an equal weight in granulated sugar and boil rapidly for about ten mins. To test if you are at the setting point drop a drip of your jam onto a pre-freezer-cold plate, after a few secs if when you push it it wrinkles then you are at the setting point so pour into a pre-sterilised jar, if not heat for two more mins and test again.

To sterilise your jar wash them, then put in oven at 140 for 10 mins.

Great tasting jam, had it on toast every morning!!

That's how I do mine except I don't add so much sugar and I always add the juice of a lemon....gives it a real zing and really brings out the raspberry flavour! :)
