Title: The Line of Duty

I was really looking forward to this new series, but found it difficult this time.    There have been many letters about it in my newspaper, with folk saying they didn't understand it either.    Imagine for me, totally deaf, trying to watch it and read the subtitles as well.   :lol:  Mrs Bouquet

yes i have to say you wasn't the only one Mrs B  I was struggling to get my head round the story line perhaps it may became clearer on the next episode for both of us  :dry:

Can't have been easy at all, Mrs B!

It didn't help that they didn't explain a key acronym, which was CHIS - Covert Human Intelligence Source, or informant.

Didn't an informant used to be called a Nark, in days of old   :D  Mrs B
