What do you do about rust on roses??

The OH is looking for help in treating rust on her roses - tried searching but no luck - any help would be much appreciated

I've used a 1 part white vinegar to 3-4 parts water spray with good success. Not a full cure but it sure knocks the spores out of production. You'll still have to dispose of infected leaves, branches, etc.
