Well very occasionally I have a blob of brown sauce with fried mushrooms & fried egg & potatoes for breakfast. Parsley sauce with fish & gammon & potatoes. Gooseberry & mint jelly with lamb. English mustard or horseradish with roast beef, steak or Dijon mustard with steak. I keep in & make various apple jellies flavoured with rosemary or sage or chilli for various dishes. Always apple sauce with roast pork. Gravy with most ‘proper’ dinners bit like Aidy I suppose lol
