Pork chop, with a lone sausage found in the freezer, with tromba squash, onions, tomatoes, red pepper and potato slices, all with a sprinkle of Cajun spice and roasted.

Busy day today. It’s been like that all week  ::)

I’m looking forward to salt and pepper ribs that are in the oven, rice and veg. The ribs smell lovely  :)

Freezer surprise meat, which I thought was pork that turned out to be beef. The stuffing and apple sauce really didn't enhance the taste but at least it was a real meal.

There's a little bit of the beef left, might as well do the same as yesterday sans stuffing and apple sauce.

HM sourdough pizza and salad. Nothing too special on the pizza, just tomato sauce, sliced mushrooms and cheese.  I don’t like too many toppings or too thick a layer of them.
