Usually it takes 21 days to hatch.but sometimes afew days late for hatching.i believe in next week i ll share the photos with you.i am sure this topic ll be usefull for people who is thinking about hatching eggs in winter and buying hatching eggs from ebay;-)

Gained an allotment on the 19th June 08, 135ft by 40ft! eekk. Finally after 4 years it is looking like an allotment and not a jungle

We have 5 lovely hens in the garden, fish, 2 dogs and 2 canaries

I got 5 out of 6 from eBay but they were all cockerels.

Day 19/20
Last time i turned the eggs this afternoon.they seems ok.
I set humidity from %45 to %65.temperature still 37.5
Hope they ll hatch in next 3 days

5 of eggs has holes and hopely by tomorrow they will hatch.

Is that cotton wool they are on?  It will get tangled in their feet and they can try to eat it.  Kitchen roll or an old towel will be fine.   ;)

Yes kitchen roll is the best way to go, I used sawdust and learnt by my mistake when it looked like a sawdust monster!  :blush:

They are getting on well today.still sleepy ;-)
I got 12 chicks so far.other 7 shows sign that going to hatch today as 2 of them has holes already
Any idea what breed this chick in photo?
