Gutted    found out today that one of the chicks we helped hatch and revived in my wifes bra !! was probably killed by a rat yesterday . The new owner reported a large rat was in the chicks run and when he checked the chick was dead & headless. On the positive side the other four chicks all appear well ( now 6 weeks old ) and the owners have now made the run more secure.
