i have just bought a qualcast cultimatic b66 rotovator which i believe
is the same as a merry tiller cadet. Does anyone have a manual or know where i may be able to get hold of one

sorry, I don't  have a manual, but I can tell you that it has qaulcast's standard engine that they used to fit to all their products, rather than the briggs and stratton that was fitted to the merry tillers.
you should have no trouble getting parts for the engine from any lawnmower repair workshop. If I'm not mistaken, that is the model fitted with the delorto carb. They can suffer a little from hunting, but there was a modifacation made that can be retro fitted to even this out if it becomes a problem.
yours looks like it's in very good condition.
