I have a poorly chicken - her croup is enlarged - she looks almost blown up!!  and very wobbly on her legs I don`t think she`s going to last much longer!  It has come on very quickly. 

Any advice please how I can help her?

Is her crop sort of squashy? Is there a nasty odour from her beak? Sounds like sour crop - where the contents have fermented and created bacteria which then infects the gut. Your best best is to take her to a poultry friendly vet, or someone who is used to chickens who maybe can empty the crop for you.
What are you feeding them on?

Thank you for your reply....... is emptying the crop an easy job?, I don`t mind trying! - they are on pellets, but free-range all day and have some corn for a treat.

... but don't attempt it unless you are sure it is sour crop.  She WILL need antibiotics to clear up the infection or it will just continue to keep filling up.
