Title: WARNING CHICK PICS
Post by: trinamc on February 09, 2011, 11:36
The 2nd picture is of Tipper waiting for the  chicks to hatch -  When he hears them tapping he will just sit and watch till something happens. They are gold lace orpingtons they are supposed to be LF but they look like bantams to me.

Have just ordered a mix of black, blue and splash (the seller wasn't selling the Gold laced). So will see what happens with them.  Your chicks are beautiful.  Am soooooo jealous  :tongue2:

Tipper is soo sweet!  What does he think to the chicks, my JR is great with the chickens, but he did not link them with the chicks!  So they had to be kept seperated.

He is fine with the chicks and will sit and watch them for ages in the brooder - he is great with chickens too but my rescue hens chase him so sometimes I have to rescue him, they line up by the patio door so he can't get back in  :D :D :D :D
