Cucumbers will be fine for another couple of weeks or more.

the reason i am checking is the packets i have say end of april for sowing indoors but wondered if i could get away with them in the greenhouse and what would be the best wat to get germination as the conservatory is full!!! oh and thanks for the answer yorkie!

My peppers, rather than chillis -which are slower, have kept pace with my tomatoes.
So you should be able to sow them for another couple of weeks and they should catch up, as long as we have a decent summer 
Cucumbers can be sown through May with no trouble, they'll just be a bit later-in fact they may be easier if the weather is a bit more settled later

My early sowings of cukes always fail so I don't bother till April now. Once they've germinated they're away like rockets so I wouldn't worry.

Peppers and cucumbers prefer quite different growing conditions and it's sometimes difficult to achieve the ideal for both. Having said that, I always get a reasonable crop of both in my greenhouse.

I'd say it was too cold in the greenhouse.  In York we've hardly had daytime temps up to 10 degrees this week, let alone overnight temps.

Cucumbers and peppers are mediterranean (or other hot climate) plants and will not be happy at all in an unheated greenhouse at present.
