Nettex tonic or poultrt tonic

Which brand is better or is it just the name? nettex tonic have iodine in it, does that do anything in terms of treating the birds? How often do u give it to ur birds in a week.

I was going to ask the same as Sassy.  If they have a balanced diet, not too many treats and good living conditions you should not need any more.  Birds are prone to infections but I would not think that they would prevent this.

wonder if OP meant as a disinfectant kind of thing and got a bit confused?

Net Tex with iodine is used with sheep for cleaning wounds

Poultry SHIELD (not tonic) for cleaning the coop

They had crop problems and werent eating properly somebody recommended me this and they use it regularly. I dont use it everyother day.. Mayb couple of times in a week.

What crop problems have they had mohs.ayaz?  It is probably better to treat the cause rather than the syptoms.   :)

It was soft n spongy all day.. So i took 1 to vets gave me antibiotics as the droppings watery n yellow.. But since then thy have been fine.

It sounds like sour crop, there is some information and advice on treatment HERE if you scroll down to crop problems.  I personally wouldn't spend money on tonics.   ;)
