Good afternoon everyone, the title says it all, has anyone tried freezing PSB?

Good question Tony I have harvested loads today. I think the weather supercharged them. Suspect one could freeze them but I have never done it!

Mrs Windy says if you make it into soup, that freezes very well.

Maybe if you like curries you could incorporate some in a veg curry and then freeze it in batches.

blanch for about 60 seconds.    strain and pat dry, the open freeze on trays, then pop into freezer boxes.  Mrs Bouquet
