Title: Potash Use? and Lime
Post by: loubylou29 on June 07, 2007, 13:33
I thought I had read earlier this week WG mentioning dressing potatos with potash, did I dream this or was it somthing else I should be using?  I bought some today, did a quick search but cannot find anything.

I also bought some Lime for my broccoli.. what do I do with them both? just sprinkle it around the ground? or do I dig it in near the roots???

Thanks

If I mentioned potash in relation to tatties it would have been to explain why I feed comfrey or comfrey liquid  :D

Lime can be raked in around your brassicas but don't rake close or deep enough to distirb roots.
