With being so busy at work i completely forgot that istarted off some broad beans, runner beans, courgettes and beetroot.
Now they're looking a bit worse for wear.
Is there anything i can do with these? If so, what can I do?
Thanks in advance,
Jim

I'd dump the beans on the left and the beetroot on the right - I think they are too leggy to make good plants.
The other beans can be potted on, the courgettes can be left a bit longer until they get their first true leaves, although the two growing together might be better off being repotted now.
Get them on your brightest windowsill and put aluminium foil behind them. You've still got a long time to go before you can plant the courgettes and beans outside though, if that's what you're planning to do.
