I read everywhere that sweetcorn is a hungry feeder - what do you feed it with? I have chicken pellets or compost or blood, fish & bone at my disposal...

use groworganic. i dig a big ring around the sweet corn scatter some feed and cover with soil and water. over time i am hoping it releases its goodness slowly and keeps feeding the sweet corn.

Having seen the farmers round here liberally mulching with manure, I have spread a load round them, plus using BFB on planting and Maxicrop as a foliar feed stimulant as they tend to go a bit yellow after planting.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
