Mapo tofu (cooked in a spicy sauce with a small amount of meat), stir-fried cabbage and rice.

Chicken and bacon pasta covered in a high butter content cheese sauce. Winter is coming and we must prepare with calories.

We had pork faggots last night it was a nice change, Apple Sponge and ice cream NO custard !!! run out
tonight we have jacket potato cold meat and salad and rest of Apple sponge

Chaos at home and work here so I ended up with a bag of cashew nuts, pork scratchings, wine gums and Bombay mix. Plus a few beers. Gourmet dining at it's finest.

I'm sure I posted on this last night but it's wandered off.  Jerk chicken, salad and potato salad for us tonight.  Lovely taste remaining on my palette but we have both agreed we would have expected a bit of 'heat' .

We had chicken drumsticks baked on top of thick slices of sweet summer plot cabbage, with a bit of stock in the base of the dish to make some gravy.  Plot spuds on the side. Very simple, but really tasty
