As well as the numerous apple trees I've planted duriing the 40 years I've lived here. there are also numerous apple trees growing in the hedge that surrounds a 5 acre field I own. When my late wife kept horses and ponies, they were quickly swept up and eaten by them as soon as they fell.
Question: Is there a simple recipe for which I can use some of these apples without the tedium of peeling them? Coring them is no problem but life's too short to spend hours peeling dozens of litte apples, most of which are barely bigger than a golf ball.
By the way, I'm no cook so please don't assume that. I can follow instructions but have very little base-knowledge of cookery
