Which chocs

Last nights programme about "Quality Street v Roses"  did make me chuckle, and did present a few facts.
Which would you choose.      (Never mentioned the long ago dropped Coffee Creme  >:(  )    Mrs Bouquet

Too many soft centres in both of them, for me.
I just love any make of chocolate coated Brazil nuts though, so I'm easily pleased :)

Discovered toblerone with dark chocolate, bliss.  Would probably go Quality Street.

My sister and me/I were dressed as the soldier and his lady (on top of the Quality Street sweety box) for the Penrith Castletown carnival/fete.  Both costumes made by our mam, but we didn't win due to a pair of adults with the same costume(but not half as good as ours).  I think we were abour 4 and 6 at the time, Way back in 1955(ish).

Cheers,  Tony.

I had two favourites, coffee creme and lime barrel, both of which were dropped.  There doesn't seem to be so much of a selection in either Quality Street or Roses, with many of the chocolates tasting very similar.
I rarely bother with chocolates these days, but given the option I much prefer either Thornton's continental or Ferrero Rocher.

Not much of a sweet tooth, but I'm with greenjay - Roses for me too.  And I'm afraid the disappearance of coffee creams caused no tears at all here.  (The Lime Barrels are missed, though).

Although, if someone's thinking of getting me chocolate, Hotel Chocolat has my vote.   :D

Neither - I think they are both awful and I say that as a dedicated sweet tooth and lover of most chocolate.

There's one  mix which has mini choc bars like Mars etc, but my favourite chocs are Lindor - mmmmmmmmm!
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Not Roses , the packaging now looks bland and cheap !
I normally go for Celebrations (mini chocolate bars Goosey mentioned) as i'm a Bounty addict .
You often get a few extra sweets for your money with Celebrations , always check the weight before you buy!

Belgian handmade chocolates are a treat this time of year .
Bendicks bittermints are kept in the fridge and rationed.
