Title: Are you ready for the man in red?

Finally I am, a bit of a rush to finish today as an impromptu invite to have tea/dinner at our sons & partner to seethe 3 grandchildren, I then took the 3 for a walk around the village to see everyone’s Christmas lights whilst a bit of skulduggery took place back at theirs…loft hatch is in one of the children’s bedroom nod,nod, wink,wink.
Just enjoying a well earned sit down now before we head back there in the morning for present opening & breakfast. We will then come home & finish cooking the meat,make the gravy & then head off to our daughter’s and wife for dinner .
What about you are you sat down yet? Everything done, parsnips dug up, veg prepared? Pudding sorted?

I've never had things totally under control.  We're having building work done and because of the bad weather delays they worked up till yesterday and are coming back between Christmas and the New Year.  We're going to our eldest sons for lunch, I've made dessert to take with us and mince pies to go with a post walk cuppa.
