Title: advice on strimmer / hedge strimmer

I really need to acquire a 4 stroke petrol machine which can strim the path ways edges and the occassional hedge, anyone have any ideas of what and where to purchase??  many thanks

Off the top of my head, Ryobi and Honda both make 4 stroke strimmers and are both decent makes. You should be able to purchase something like this from a reputable shop or from the internet. :)

I'm sure others will be along soon, with more ideas. :D

Hi, are your reasons for specifying "four stroke"related to noise,not wanting to mix fuel or what?
4t's tend to be larger in size than an equivilent cc 2T and quite a bit heavier but can be quieter,you can get 4t's that run on 2t fuel ,so it all depends on what your reasons are as to whats available thay may suit.
