Chinese chicken thighs with egg fried rice.

Meat balls cooked in onion gravy with cabbage and mash

Fried chicken,wedges,salad & hm coleslaw & lovely it was too.

I see were not having any dinner now, i suppose everyone is going out to eat 

So here goes last night we had meatballs in a tomato sauce with past shells.
Tonight were having Chicken Sweet and sour with pila rice and a piece of baguette.

I see were not having any dinner now, i suppose everyone is going out to eat 

   I have been doing a lot of late shifts this week, but ... I now have a few days off    Celebrated tonight with burgers, baked potatoes, salad and coleslaw.

Crustless Quiche, courtesy of Sainsburys.   Lots of different Greenleaf salad and chopped beetroot.   Followed by my every night pud, a cheap dark choc ice and a hot cross bun.

Yesterday was giant fishfingers with wedges and coleslaw.
Tonight was Philly cheese, mushroom and pepper spaghetti with a green bean and onion side. Ice-cream cone for pud.

Tonight is peppered grill steaks with salad and I am debating whether to do baked potatoes or chips    Head says baked, heart says chiiiiippppps
