Tonight is chicken and gammon in a white sauce with peas and mashed potatoes.

Last night the kids ate with the Grandparents so Husband and I had Cullen skink.

Lunch for youngest was chicken ramen.

I finally attacked the huge Queensland Blue squash that has been lurking on the worktop for too long   :nowink:
Just half of it, with some onion, garlic and a few soft carrots, plus spices, filled my jam pan  ::) It's been simmering most of the afternoon and is now thick, golden loveliness. I had a huge bowlful, with some cheesy crackers. YUM!
Not sure what to do with the other half though

Lunch is ramen, chicken, boiled eggs, sweetcorn and broccoli and spagetti (I know, I can't get proper ramen and noodles are sold out and I actually don't care).

Tea is last of the Lamb Rogan Josh for Husband and chicken in white sauce with mash for the kids.

I have beetroot  :D which I'll have with onions, cabbage and lentils. Maybe some butternut squash.

HM veggie burgers.  I made extra beans and mash yesterday, so those combined with some roasted squash from the freezer managed to get past OH and he wolfed them down thinking it was a whole new dish

Herb and lemon couscous and a spicy chilli yogurt sauce to go with  :)
