Good grief, those huge old turkeys would just dominate wouldn’t they  :lol:

My parents had a fascination with buying the biggest one they could.  For days and days later you would be presented with ever more dry and unappealing versions of it and then when you finally thought it was safe to go back in the kitchen, the flipping bones would be boiling up for soup, like some dinosaur graveyard in a pan.  They seeming loved it all, but us kids were turned off it for life.

No wonder turkey crowns are so popular now  :lol:
