Is anyone growing these delicious fruit? If so, have you had any success and how do you grow them? I'd like to try growing them after sampling the fruit, which were sooo good!

Glad to hear the fruits are good as I'm planning to grow one next year.  I'm going to grow as an espalier.  I think they need at least a 3 metres spread, but apparently they can look quite nice at the back of a border.  I understand you can also grow them over a pergola, so the fruits hang down.  Not sure if you get many, if any fruit in the first year.

Hopefully somebody whose grown a cocktail kiwi many come on and give us the benefit of their experience soon.

Hi SusieB

Yes, hopefully someone will let us know the best way to grow these vines  ::)  Tried the fruit recently, they were from New Zealand, wow, absolutely delicious! So much sweeter and with more flavour than regular kiwis, which I like too. What variety is your plant? One called Issai is self fertile apparently but most others need a male plant to pollinate the female. Just not sure how to grow them, espalier sounds good, might give that a go!
