Hello, I'm a relatively inexperienced allotment holder and have recently put a fair amount of well rotted horse manure into one of my beds. I'm now concerned that this will be too strong for any spring seedlings. Are there any veggies that can cope with a recent manure addition to the soil?

Spuds & Onions spring to mind.
Spuds in particular.

as well as beans, peas, pumpkins, squashes, courgettes....

... quicker to say what will not 

ie carrots, parsnips or other root veg

So you have plenty you can grow
