How long is it safe to keep rice salad in the fridge for?
I love rice salad but I am the only one that eats it in my house.

If you make your rice salad with all cooked ingredients, you can freeze it small portions so it doesn't hang around at room temperature

If your fridge doesn't have a thermometer I would recommend getting one.  It should be between 0C - 5C to 6C.

Don't keep it for more than 24 hours.  Depending on what's in it I would be tempted to stir fry leftovers at a very high heat and throw in an egg and some soy.

Thanks for the answers.  I had a vague recollection about food poisoning, so didn't want to risk it.
