Tomato branches twisting
« on: June 07, 2021, 20:16 »
Hi, I'm new to growing tomato plants.  I have them in a greenhouse and they are being watered by drip feed and an occasional water to the base via upturned bottles direct to the roots.  After really strong growing the top new branches are twisting round quite tightly.  Can anyone help me with this, what is making the happen?  Is it a stress of some sort or a watering issue ? Many thanks Liz

It could be that you’ve had a lot of hot dry weather recently.  That can cause twisted leaves.

If in a greenhouse give more ventilation and shading.  Ensure adequate watering.
