Ive ordered my seed spuds this year from JBA seed potatoes... :) heard/read really good reviews about them,

I ordered.... kestral, Bluebell and Winston, which Im having a go at growing for the show :)

I will be growing spuds for the first time this year too. I know I need to buy seed potatoes to start, but as for next year could I not use some of that crop, or will I need to buy seed potaotes again?

If you want to run the risk of passing disease on, by all means use your own.

Seed spuds don't cost the earth and are certified disease free.

I'm going to play it safe and plant Maris Piper an all round potato I believe?  :mellow:

Ill probably end up doing a row :lol:  But the trouble was this year there folige got that big it coverd up most of my carrots which meant i had a poor crop from them aswell :(
