I've been alternating veggie and non-veggie for the last few days.
Tues was bean burgers with hm wedges and coleslaw. Yesterday was steak, roasted baby potatoes and a tomato salad. Tonight was plot tomatoes I ripened indoors in a pasta bake with aubergines and peppers.
That has got through a fair few of the small plot spuds, some cabbage and almost the last of the summer crops ... unless the courgette fairy has visited again when I check the plot
