I feel cold, so instead of scotch egg and salad, I have thawed British beef in gravy with carrots, swede and dumplings, shall add some more veg.

Last night we had Tye fish cakes with vegetable rice, Pineapple with yoghurt.
Tonight we have Meat balls spiced up with a tomato sauce mixed with pasta shells not sure about pudding  :)

Almost the same GraciesGran, but i had a Bream fillet baked with a mixed salad few chips, Fresh raspberries picked this afternoon with a bit of ice cream ' Lovely'  :)

Breaded peppered lemon sole (reduced) from the coop.   I don't think we ever eat any meat or fish now full price! Two lovely  pieces for £1.50 and the chips were also reduced.  Paul is such a canny shopper! I just sit in the van as it is only one family member.  I'd love to go in with him and discuss what we buy.
