I have been working a lot of late nights this week, but made it back early enough for tea the last couple of days
On Friday we had a takeaway curry, so I had shashlik chicken (chicken, tomato and pepper skewers cooked in the tandoori oven) and spinach rice. Not had the spinach rice before, but it was great. I might try making that.
Yesterday I brought home a couple of steaks from work, so we had them with plot new potatoes and homegrown salad.
Today OH is off on a trip for a couple of days. Back to more mundane stuff if I am just cooking for me. I have a lot of bits and bobs of homegrown veg in the fridge, so I think a stir-fry with noodles could be on the cards
