Roast lamb,potatoes & peppers, hg new potatoes -steamed with peas,carrots,cauliflower & broccoli. Yorkshire’s ftf, gravy with gooseberry & mint jelly & redcurrant jelly with port.
We did enough veg & steamed potatoes & gravy to make a cottage pie with the leftover lamb cut up very small, that’s now in the freezer with a pot of extra gravy.....it’s booked in on the menu for later next week
. I love it when a plan comes together.
