Looks like curry all round.  We've got a chicken Biryani in the oven which is smelling the house out.    Roast gammon tomorrow, not my favourite so I'll fill up on potatoes and veg., and Paul can eat the rest in sandwiches etc., during the week.

Curry! Though I must confess a vile sacrilege on my part; I'm afraid our korma sauce came from a jar

Forgive me for I have truly sinned.

Chicken and sweet potato curry and I am also a vile sinner - my sauce started with some curry paste from a jar.  I did add some extra spices though as it was a bit dull.  We had both been at work and needed feeding fast

More chicken left for tomorrow, so I am going to do a chicken, leek and bacon pasta bake.  Yes you did hear that right.   I have actually been able to buy pasta at work this week  8)

Indian takeaway.  Our local restaurant do an amazing meal  deal for 2.  Out dog is now very cultured in her eating habits - she's a fan of poppadum  and prawn crackers.  Not something we do very often which means that when we do it's all the nicer.

Tonight is chicken pie with cauliflower.and brocolli.

Husband having leftover curry from Friday with extra onions and loads of veg.
Kids are having Mary Berry's "Honey Chicken". She called it something else on the TV, I think it was sticky chicken. It has tomato, mustard and honey in it.

Today I decided on a nice clean fresh dish.
Veggie curry and rice.

Pizza all round tonight. The lack of takeaway dinners has caused the need for a good pig out ;)

A neighbour had seen 2kg trays of chicken legs reduced to £1.75 so had picked some up for them and an extra one for me. A lovely thought.
Plastic trays were disinfected and hands washed before and after they were bagged up and put in the freezer, all except the one I roasted for my tea  :D
