I finally attacked the huge Queensland Blue squash that has been lurking on the worktop for too long
Just half of it, with some onion, garlic and a few soft carrots, plus spices, filled my jam pan
It's been simmering most of the afternoon and is now thick, golden loveliness. I had a huge bowlful, with some cheesy crackers. YUM!
Not sure what to do with the other half though
