Husband's helping a friend tomorrow so the rest of last night's chicken is being turned into my version of a Hairy Bikers Chicken Tikka to take with him. It's cooked and leftovers so no skewers.

Tonight is beef olives in gravy with broccoli and mashed potatoes.

We had a lunch out today so I'm having a Singapore Curry flavoured instant noodle thing. Last time I'm buying the brand though as I spotted it has palm oil in as an ingredient

Cottage pie with plenty of veg, some roasted squash and some lentils in the filling.  Served with tender stem broccoli and extra gravy.

Husband is away with his chicken tikka and rice.
Youngest has just eaten their tea early. Some rice and 2 adults portion worth of breaded chicken breast! There isn't a scrap of extra flesh there the jammy sod! I'm just watching to see if said child bursts.

Will post if they want a third tonight.

Pasta, but the main event was pud.  OH helped me drop off some bags of garden waste at the plot for the compost bins and spotted the rhubarb was up and ready to pick.  He immediately wanted to take some home

Anyway, rhubarb and raspberry crumble was duly made.  The raspberries were from the plot last year and came out of the freezer.  We had some ice-cream with it  :)

Roasted a chicken crown which came with veg.    Bought this before Christmas, in case other plans went wrong. !
Put some more veg with it and Frozen roast pots, dated Nov 2016, tasted good.   Tonight Cold chicken and remainder of the veg.  Must be good today, ate one of the grandchildrens easter eggs after dinner  ::) Mrs B
