Leftovers - In the end I did twice the needed amount of plain rice yesterday with the intention of doing nothing but nuking the leftovers today  ;)

A small pork loin, roasted with tomatoes, onion, red pepper and potato wedges, plus some peas.
Raspberries set in jelly for afters, with squirty cream  :D

Dover sole fresh from the quayside here in Looe, won’t be repeating it at those eye watering prices!! Cornish new potatoes, peas,carrots & broccoli. Trifle for him & strawberries,yogurt & meringue for me & a chilled glass of a nice Chablis now in hand   :lol:

I'm really beginning to dislike Mondays. Just back, so I'm finishing off the chilli - only enough left to stuff in a small nuked spud so I suspect there will be a cheese sandwich making an appearance later too.
