After a very hard slog at job no.2 the last couple of nights, I put my feet up and sent OH to the chippy to collect tea :D  :D  :D

Leftovers from yesterdays sawhedge and mash.  It's time to break out the slow cooker menus, I think the weather agrees too.  :(

A layered bake thing, sort of Lasagna but with sliced Tromba squash instead of the pasta and Gigandes beans in with the minced beef
It's still got the cheesy topping though, because cheese makes everything taste good, am I right?  ::)

Obviously - but add bacon too as that makes everything more better....

Big batch of chilli in the slow cooker as I can feel a bout of the CBA's coming on.

I found some unlabelled white fish in the freezer  ::) I think it's probably Bassa, but whatever it is, it'll get some parsley sauce over it, with peas and beans :)

Paul's got a chicken kiev and I'm having a fishcake with melting cheese middle.  Chips for both of us.

We only ever have a 'quick' tea on a Saturday so tonight it's pizza, coleslaw and I think there's some salad bits in the fridge, I'll go and have a dig shortly.

Change of plan tonight - Needed some room in the fridge so used up a savoy. Found a tin of new spuds in the cupboard (don't judge) and some of the left over mince, covered the lot in spoonstanding obviously.  It's a shame that cabbage doesn't have a cabbage taste anymore  :( but it was at least green.

Pasta bake which was made in advance this morning and shoved in the fridge for later.  Just as well because a severe case of the CBAs hit this afternoon
