Late finish at work yesterday so beans on toast for me last night.

I’ve been working all day today as well, so have come home with the makings of pretend KFC.  XL chicken burgers, skin on fries, mini corn cobs, coleslaw and salad.  Not much work to do and I may even get OH to make it, so effort free (for me)

I finished off the lamb but I'm out of sensible veg now and no chunky mixed veg in stock for the shopping   Pork chop tomorrow - mash , veggies, stuffing and spoonstanding if the CBA fairy leaves me alone, wedges and beans if she doesn't.

I've got a Cajun spiced pork chop with first pickings of Mennonite beans, and spoon-standing

2 lamb chops, roast courgettes, steamed carrots,potatoes,green & yellow french beans + runners,cabbage all hg  , gravy,red currant jelly.
Fruit & yogurt for pud.

2 Lamb chops mini roast potatos french beans carrots broccoli and peas gravy and mint sauce went down a treat. H/M Apple and rhubarb pie and ice cream
