Chicken schnitzels with garlic, lemon and parsley potatoes.  A recipe I cut out the paper, it's also a weight-watchers recipe but it won't be followed exactly as I only have full fat mayo, full fat oil etc.  :D

When I used to ask questions like that I got "Whatever you're making." as a reply.

What I thought was a bag of spuds turned out to be a bag of onions and I'm spudless  :ohmy: which has kind of messed with my dinner plans. Rice, noodles or pasta just don't go with gravy  :lol:

Unfortunately her stuff disagrees with me.  :( I've tried the roasties and the chips already.

I will definitely be doing some emergency mash when I've done my shopping. When I was having spuds delivered weekly by the milkman it was never an issue but I'm buying them from the supermarket now and it's shocking how many I actually use.  :blush:
