I've been working in the garden all day, so CBA fairy sat on my shoulder now.
So - it's a jacket potato, cauliflower cheese and peas, all ftf and some leftover HM coleslaw  ::)

She can sniff out a tired gardener in spring from a thousand paces ... or maybe flutters

Not sure what she's doing down there - she'd already had dinner at my place  ::)

More piggy today, I really should make some yellow frizbees but CBA  - I need to have a rethink of the menu for the rest of the week as Snazbods were apparently all out of pasta (and bottled water) again for the 3rd week running  - yeah right.

I’ve taken out the last of our half lamb- neck & breast. So that’s destined for the slow cooker & will either become a stew, hotpot or shepherds pie I suppose, but I like Wighty’s idea of harissa, but not sure himself will agree, his food choices get plainer the more he ages

Husband returned from shops with steak from the reduced section(his second home).  So it's steak, chips and peas, with a compulsory glass of red wine.

Some greedy guts at 2 piggy dinners on Wednesday  leaving nothing but Frozen pizza for last night - bleugh I've forgotten how bad they could be.

I have all day to think of something nice for tonight and when I fail there's always fish fingers and chips.

Tried these yet Lardman?

https://www.pataks.co.uk/products/spice-pastes/madras-paste-pot

I used a madras one last night mixed with yoghurt to marinate some chicken, then grilled it on skewers.  It was not at all bad.  I guess it should have been a tikka one but our local Co-op did not run to that.

We had spinach and sweet potato dhal and naan with it.
